"My advice is to look out for engineers. They begin with sewing machines and end up with nuclear bombs" said a man. Machinist will put your manufacturing ability to the test. You have to get your hands dirty and pull up your sleeves for this one. 

 

Event Format

Raw materials which are required to be machined will be provided by the committee along with the copy of the final product (design of the product) that is to be made. You can use any machine present in our workshop (CNC off limits) to make the final component.

Judging Criteria

Judges will decide the winners on the following basis:

• Working time

• Accuracy of Job

The decision of the judge will be final and binding.
